Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
