A mandatory assignment in the City & Guilds Level 3 curriculum.
During this intensive three-day course you will make two further methods of protective storage: a dropback box (also known as a clamshell box) is the most common and effective way of keeping light and dust from the book or contents within;Â and an A4+ size folder with four brass posts hidden within flanges to offer a smart way of presenting or storing loose papers.Â
To get the most out of this course, it is recommended that you have some bookbinding experience.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We must be informed of any cancellations at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. If we are not informed in this time, a £50.00 administration charge will be levied up to 48 hours before the commencement of the course. After this time no refunds will be given. Whilst every effort is made to avoid cancellation or postponement of courses. Shepherds Bookbinders Ltd reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course, and will endeavour to give at least 5 working days' notice before the start date. In these circumstances a full refund will be made, but we cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss.
